The Bridge over / through / under the Russell River near Bramston Beach Road

Janurary was wet. A day or two after the wettest day, the bridge over the Russell River, East of Mirriwinni, holds back a lot of debris. The river flows from the creeks that collect the rainfall from Queenslands highest mountain, Mt Bartle Frere, 1622m, about 12-15km further inland. The photos of the track machine and ballast hoppers seen in the previous 2 photos were taken a couple of hundred metres to the right of this location. Babinda Mill area.
