The Brill Bus

Published and found at

A recent article by Derek Stuart-Findlay in the Crankhandle Chronicle, from The Crankhandle Club in Cape Town, on the history of the iconic Brill buses used by the Motor Transport Division of South African Railways has inspired us to relook at restoring our own Brill that we acquired some years ago.

You can view the attached article by clicking on : This link Our pictures show the beautifully restored example in the Transnet Museum in George and our own version which we plan to refurbish to the same high standard.

We are looking for interested parties who would be able to undertake such a restoration, if you are interested please contact Dave Richardson on e mail, daver@sandstone.co.za
