Join in with an evening of Halloween fun and frolics on 31st October with a ride on the witches’ train, ghoulish games and terrifying tea at South Tynedale Railway followed by a ghostly walk led by local historian Alastair Robertson and ending with a monster hunt at St Augustine’s Church.
At 6:15p.m local historian Alastair Robertson will lead intrepid ghost hunters through the town to a candlelit church where they will join Rev Bar Nash- Williams for a monster hunt and using fun to beat the things which scare us.
The guided ghost walk leaves Alston station at 6:15p.m, arrives at St Augustine’s for the monster hunt and the eerie evening ends at 7:15p.m.
