No.3 'Sir Haydn' to return to the 'Cambrian'

Talyllyn Railway Loco No.3 ‘Sir Haydn’ is to continue its 2013 UK Tour by visiting The West Somerset Railway’ Autumn Steam Gala, which runs from 3rd to 6th October.

No.3 has spent all of its working life in the Cambrian area having been built for The Corris Railway before being purchased by the pioneering Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society.

On the Thursday and Friday of the Gala, the West Somerset Railway are hoping to place ‘Sir Haydn’ on a low wagon and travel within a heritage goods train along the Minehead – Bishops Lydeard steam railway.
