N.G. replaces road haulage!

Bellair, Co Offaly, Eire has had a 3ft gauge railway for many years. Recently, it has been linked to the much larger Boora system via a new line involving a new bridge, level crossing and cutting.
This line has only been built to replace the road haulage which previously carried peat from Ballivor.
It’s great to see a 3ft gauge mineral line replacing lorries!
