Latest style of Sleepers, Fastenings and Fishplates in use

This photo shows the minature pandrol clips in use with the newer style of concrete sleeper and the fishplates bolts with "round nuts". I have not seen the spanner that fits the nuts!!! photo taken at the bridge approach, near Silkwood.

    I was looking at the concrete sleepers and wondered who manufactured them and if they come in 2'6" gauge? We are trying to source some new ones in the UK but no one does brand new any more, so we may have to look further afield.
