Most of the weekend was spent taking out some tubes from No 7 ‘Tom Rolt’. Investigations under the firebox cladding revealed a small leak from one of the stays.
No 2 ‘Dolgoch’ was out and about for a special train for John Smallwood who is celebrating 50 years as a Talyllyn volunteer.
