Rudyard Lake Steam Railway Gala On 29th & 30th September
The steam gala at Rudyard Lake Steam Railway has been arranged for the 29th & 30th September. And will be featuring the 10.25” Leek & Manifold replica from Trago Mills, along with a 10.25” 4-4-2 Great Northern Atlantic locomotive No.251. As well as both visiting locomotives in steam, all 5 of the railways steam locos will be running.

Hunslet Steam Company to visit Hollycombe
On Sunday the 16th September the Hunslet Steam Company will be visiting the Hollycombe Steam Collection with their Hunslet loco Jack Lane.
The day will also see the renaming of Hollycombes own hunslet loco ‘Jerry M’ after recent ovehaul and return to original livery. This will be performed by the chairman of Hunslet Graham Lee.

2008 Scenic Talyllyn Railway Calendar
The 2008 Talyllyn Railway Calendar is now available. It comprises 12 22cm x
20cm colour pictures of the Railway in the various seasons and features all six
steam engines in different locations.
with the picture above the calendar for the month. The dates are in squares with
space for diary notes. The calendar comes complete with envelope.
