Fund raising train
On 21st April Steve Vince chartered a special train to celebrate his 50th birthday and to raise funds for a drinking water project in Uganda under the auspices of Tearfund, a
Christian relief organisation. Over £1500 was raised.

General Manager reaches end of the line and has to be rescued!
No. 2 had to be rescued today having blown a tube at Nant Gwernol. This was Larry Bridges’ first firing trip since becoming General Manager.
A
spokesman said "The two incidents are in no way connected".
