The East Hayling Light Railway / Hayling Seaside Railways first visiting STEAM locomotive in the form of 0-4-0 Bagnall \'Wendy\' of 1919 owned by the Hampshire Narrow Gauge Railway Trust and the lines second visiting Internal combustion locomotive in the form of Shoma \'Jenny\' of 1991 from Amberly Working Museum. This was the first public steam locomotive hauled train on the island since the Hayling Billy closed in the 60\'s.
